Jimmy’s at Redogs

Jimmy’s is the place to go to see live music in Wrightsville Beach. With two makeshift stages, the music ranges from a single acoustic instrumentalist to a full-blown band. Jimmy’s is not only dog-friendly, but you are unlikely to go there without seeing a dog, often times right on top of the bar. Red Dogs, right above Jimmy’s is a pretty different vibe. This is by far the most crowded bar, and it is mostly a dance floor with fish bowls to drink and foam coming from the ceiling. This is definitely more of a party scene, and it is also one of the few that charges a cover and will always have a line on Fridays and Saturdays.
